The firm has invested valuable time and resources in my development, for example all of the Collection Managers completed a manager workshop over a series of several weeks where we worked with Dr. Karen and her management program. For the last 2+ years the managers have met frequently as part of a ‘Book Club ’ where we get choose a book for leadership and management development and actively participate in discussions on how we can be better leaders in our respective teams. We also take the time to get together for team building activities outside of the office such as laser tag and axe throwing!
